Immunity declines with onset of pregnancy leaving the mother an easy target to food borne infections which effect both mother and the baby's health.

check the label and make sure the cheese is made from pasteurized milk.
# Fish-contains large level of mercury.
# Unpasteurized juice and milk.
# Do not eat salads made in a store. try to make salad at home by following the safety basics:clean, separate, cook and chill.
# Avoid food products with high in added sugar.
Excessive sugar intake during pregnancy can lead to insulin resistance and gestational disease.
# Avoid raw and uncooked animal products.
# Stay away from alcohol and large amounts of caffeine.
limit the amount of caffeine to 350 per day.
# Eat Salty foods in moderation.
Salt cause you body to retain water and could cause high blood pressure.which can cause damage to your baby's health.
